Ok. The person who actually made a “Black-Pig Roast” this week will get the grand prize! Ha! We joked that we had no idea what color of pig that our roast came from, but it was dang tasty! Truth is, this Black Pig that Mimi speaks of is a particular breed and I doubt any of us can find it in our markets … unless we are Mimi’s neighbor. 🙂 That wouldn’t be a bad gig, right?
