For those of us cooking through both books, we’ve already had a gazpacho this summer … an almond one from Mimi’s book which was unique and delicious. Daniel’s is more what we know as gazpacho in its tomato form and is paired with anchovy toasts. We are hanging on to the last bits of summer with these recipes!
