This recipe is for a summer salad rather than for what we Americans consider a dip for tortilla chips. Emily, our Chickadee, and I have already made this and it doesn’t look very much like what we Americans know a salsa to be.
So … the question is … will you use it as a salsa, a salad accompaniment to a meal, or just dig into it with a spoon?!
Oh, and don’t be put off by the avocado MOUSSE because it’s simply whipped avocado with lime juice and salt.
