TNT | Boston Mackerel Au Vin Blanc

TNT-Daniel-400WThis week might prove challenging for some of us. Not only can I not find mackerel, but I’m struggling to love the idea of this recipe. It’s basically a pickled fish and to my non-Scandinavian soul, it just doesn’t sound lovely. And I like lovely.

So … I have to decide what to do. I look forward to hearing what you are doing!!

  1. Question: Are we making just the fish or are we also making the potatoes that accompany the fish as DB has them listed together? I’m not really interested in making the pickled fish but the potatoes sound good! 🙂


    1. I thought that if I made the fish, I would most certainly make the potatoes because it might the only part of the meal that I’d like. :/ So the answer is YES! Potatoes, too!! Really, it’s your choice!
