Our Recipe Scheduler has pulled a fast one on us and switched out the recipe for the Mimi book this week. We thought we’d give you a break from the Pea Soup since those cooking from BOTH books already made a Chilled Pea Soup from Daniel’s book.
So … drumroll … we are going to make the Red Berry Barquettes this week instead! You can’t really complain about eating a berry dessert instead of pea soup, can you? 🙂 Don’t worry if you don’t have barquette molds because Mimi says it’s just fine to use individual-sized tartelette molds. I’ve looked online to purchase some, but feel the price is too high for possibly only using them once. I might use muffin tins, but it might be time to go thrifting!
